  • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept all major credit & debit cards, Apple Pay and Klarna.
  • How long does it take to process an order?
    All items are handmade and made to order by a 1 woman team. On average they take 4-6 working days. However, if you require it for a certain date, do contact us beforehand.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
    At this moment in time, no.
  • Can I recycle my packaging?
    We send all our orders in eco cardboard boxes, using eco brown paper tape, and tissue paper for extra wadding. Earrings come on a backing card - which also doubles as a business card. All of this is fully recyclable. If you order does arrives with bubble-wrap, this is also bio-degradable.
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    Yes! We offer wholesale worldwide! Please do get in touch if you're interested.
  • How do I care for my jewellery?
    As tempting as it is to wear our jewellery 24/7, when you do remove it please keep it somewhere safe and dry, acrylic is tough but not invincible. We advise a jewellery box, bag or air tight container to avoid the components from oxidising. Keep away from liquids, perfumes, lotions - anything wet! If you're worried about finger prints, a soft cloth will remove them.
  • How do I care for my coasters?
    If your coasters do need to be cleaned, please hand wash only or wipe them. They will not survive the dish washer! Acrylic is robust, but not invincible so please take care when using them.
  • What are my Christmas Post options?
    In the run up to Christmas, we are currently offering 1st Class, Signed For, Tracked 48, Tracked 24, and Next Day only.
  • Can I upgrade my shipping?
    Yes! All shipping options are available at checkout.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes! We are currently offering 2 pick up location options. If you have chosen the collection option at checkout, make sure you leave contact details for us to arrange a suitable pick up time.
  • Can I return my order?
    Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings or on personalised items such as keyrings with names.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Once you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel it. If you do need to make any changes please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Please make sure you are happy with what you are ordering before checking out!
  • My jewellery is faulty, what should I do?
    All jewellery sold is checked carefully before shipment. We can offer a refund or replacement within 14 days of the item being delivered if it is faulty. We need to be notified as soon as you receive the package. Please contact us with images.
